For this internship, we are looking for a candidate that can start in as soon as possible, for up to 6 months, as mutually agreed upon. Successful candidate must live in traveling distance to the Oss location in the Netherlands.

The role will be at Organon Oss and can be partially remote.

Department responsibilities are the implementation of best practices in sourcing and managing suppliers. Streamline processes, reduce waste and enhance overall productivity.  

Learning outcomes:

  • Recognize the need for supplier relationship management within today’s procurement landscape. 

  • Improve your business English.

  • Enjoy working at Organon and have some fun.   


Responsibilities:

  • Development of KPI’s and creation of supplier scorecards

  • Sending out Surveys and maintaining scorecards

  • Supporting other Supplier Relationship Management related activities like SharePoint development & maintenance

  • Collaborating with the Supplier Development & Performance Management Team and cross-functional stakeholders

  • Support with project management activities

Required Education, Experience, and Skills:

  • Current student in business administration, technical business administration, international business or supply chain management

  • Your skills in English language are excellent and Dutch is a benefit

  • You are persistent in collecting required information and you can execute in-depth evaluation and analysis

  • You would like to be part of an internationally diverse team, and you can work cross-functionally with a remote team

  • You are looking for an internship assignment where you get the space for your own initiative

  • Independent and self-organized because we do not work from the office every day
