Covid-19


As with most things since the start of Covid-19, much of our selection process will be carried out virtually as we are a global company, and our Talent Attraction Business Partners are located in different parts of the world. While many of us are work remotely, there are some roles in our company where we still need employees to be on site, particularly if you will be working at one of our manufacturing sites where we are working hard to ensure a supply of critical medicines to our patients. Rest assured we are taking all possible measures to protect our employees, and we would support you in the same way.  Our Talent Attraction Business Partners are available throughout the interview process to guide and support you, so please get in touch if you have any questions.

We may perform preliminary, candidate screening calls via telephone or Teams. Our Company does not interview candidates online using Google Hangout, AOL instant messenger or any other chat service, for work-from-home positions. The Physician Payment Sunshine Act (PPSA)
The PPSA requires our company to report payments made to reimburse interview-related expenses for candidates who are USA-licensed physicians.

Physicians covered by the PPSA include Doctors of Medicine, Osteopathy, Dentistry, Dental Surgery, Podiatry, Optometry and Chiropractic Medicine who are licensed to practice in one or more states in the USA. This information will be reported to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) on the CMS online database website.
