What are ERGs and why do they play an important role in our company?
Our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are voluntary employee-led groups whose focus is to foster a diverse, inclusive workplace with shared identities and experiences. Each group is united by a common interest or shared characteristic. ERGs create a sense of belonging and connection. ERGs enable us to attract and retain diverse talent, provide support and help founders in their professional and personal development. ERGs are essential to the organization as they align with our organizaition vision and mission.
