Meet some of our Supply Chain members
They shared their experience about working at Organon!
I love working at Organon because it has a start-up environment with an established, stable business. We have a strong foundation in terms of our business value, our well-established processes and our systems. However, we are a new company that is shaping our operating model and ways of working. This provides opportunity for employees to truly create, influence, and drive change at all levels of the organization which is embraced by Organon’s culture.
Juliana Drinane
Senior Vice President & Lead, Supply Chain Management
If I could describe Organon’s culture in one word, it would be inclusiveness. At Organon, I’m having the opportunity to grow my network and to expand my daily work, but also develop my management skills as I’m always challenging myself.
Jenny Wu
Project Manager, Supply Chain and former ELDP Participant
I have been able to work on projects that impact more than just myself or the team. I have been given opportunities to spearhead initiatives to improve the company, give back to the community, dive into employee engagement events and more! I network throughout the Supply Chain organization and learn about different functions. It’s been an awarding experience, and I know there is more room to grow!
Alice Hu
Associate Director, Supply Chain Management, US Distribution & Logistics and former ELDP Participant
I’m passionate about being part of the ELDP team. I had the opportunity to meet colleagues from all around the globe and learn from them new ways of working that can open my minds. If you are interested in pursuing a career in Supply Chain, my advice is to be always curious, never be shy to ask questions, build a strong network, and be always eager to learn new things
Amedeo Nanni
Senior Specialist, Supply Chain and former ELDP Participant
We have a supportive and entrepreneurial culture where everyone has a voice, and the employees are empowered to make decisions based on their capability. The ELDP will allow the participants to develop different skill sets and leadership styles, enabling the company to identify, broaden and accelerate the development of some of our talents so they are more prepared for future leadership roles.
Anthony Adetayo
Executive Director, Supply Chain Management
Working at Organon opened so many opportunities for me, as I am always learning new things! During my career, most of the time, I have worked within the Demand Fulfillment department. It is refreshing to explore other SCM roles within the organization and thus expand my overall knowledge base
Esther de Boer
Senior Coordinator, Demand Management & Fulfillment EEMEA and former ELDP Participant
Since graduating from college, my experience in the ELDP has been rewarding and transformative. The positive environment and supportive coworkers foster a strong sense of community. Working in Supply Chain offers new learning opportunities through projects, workshops, and discussions. Connecting with colleagues and mentors has provided valuable insights. The program encourages growth and leadership development, making Organon and the ELDP a great place to work and grow.
Caroline Maksym
Associate Specialist, Supply Chain Operations, Current ELDP Participant
The ELDP has done so much for my growth and gaining new skills. If I think back to when I started last June, the confidence and experience I have gained in the last year and a half is invaluable. I have gotten the opportunity to be a part of Social Outreach, developed my skills in public speaking and presenting for leadership. I have found the culture of Organon to be welcoming and allows me to learn without being afraid of making mistakes.
Sara Deasy
Associate Specialist, Global Business Operations, Current ELDP Participant
Joining ELDP has been a great opportunity to explore different activities and areas, learn different leadership styles, and work with diverse teams. It has also allowed me to connect with young talents from other countries, fostering a collaborative and culturally rich environment. Starting my career at Organon, a growing company, has been challenging yet rewarding, offering constant learning and development opportunities.
