What is it like being an intern at Organon?
During the internship, I learned to think and act as a real project owner, leveraging my adaptive and agile skills. I got excited about joining Organon because of the challenges, the entrepreneurial spirit, and tight collaboration. I lived it in my day to day around amazing people that I met while working at the Company
This experience has been amazing, and the whole Internal Audit team has been my favorite part, as they are always so kind and will help me with whatever problem I face. During this time, I learned that we don’t have to be afraid to ask for help, on the contrary, when we do that, we get even better outcomes.
Gaining firsthand knowledge and experience in the pharmaceutical industry at a world-leading healthcare company where I share the same vision made me want to join Organon. During my time at Organon, I had the opportunity to explore innovative digital marketing and be part of a great team culture

This internship allowed me to meet wonderful people from different countries. Our people are always willing to help and teach us, and I’m grateful for being part of this company. Meeting the teams from Ecuador, Chile, Peru, Mexico, and Argentina has been a great learning and development experience – personally and professionally.
