1.  Search for the right role
Find a caeer that you're passionate about using our job search page. Search by relevant key words, functional areas, division or location. Personalize your search by connection your LinkedIn/Social profile or allow us to can your CV/resume. Our website will then automatically suggest jobs based on your background. Don't see the right role today?  Join our Talent Community (link at bottom of page), and we'll update you when an opportunity becomes available that matches your preferences.

2.  Apply
Make sure your CV/resume is up to date, sells your strengths and achievements, and makes you stand out from the crowd. Consider using keywords that are commonly used across the industry and try to avoid internal or uncommon acronyms. Remember, we might search for you using keywords, too. Some roles include qualifying questions, so make sure to answer all of them completely and accurately. Once you've completed your application, you'll get an email confirming it was successfully submitted. Our Talent Attraction Business Partners will review it and get back to you as quickly as possible.

3.  Int​​​​​​​erview
If your background is a match for the role, you'll be contacted by a member of our team who will set up your interview and give you all the details you need. As a company we believe in assessing people using a fair, consistent, structured interview process based on the competencies required for the role. You can expect a variety of behavioral and situational questions about your prior project work, skills and achievements so we can understand your capabilities, interests and long-term potential. 

For some roles we use Assessments to help us get a better understanding of who you are. These are commonly used for Intern/Graduate, Sales, Manufacturing Operations and Leadership roles. You'll be informed by our recruiting team if the role you've applied to requires an assessment. The interview process is a two-way process so you should also be evaluating us. Be prepared with questions to evaluate if we're the right fit for you and your career ambitions. 

4.  Off​​​​​​​er

If you get to this stage, we believe you'd be a good fit for the role and bring value to the team and our organization. We hope the feeling is mutual!

Your Talent Attraction Business Partner will contact you to discuss the details of your offer and will follow up in writing to confirm. We believe in the concept of “Total Rewards.” Take time to assess the full value of the package including any associated bonuses, health benefits, company pension contributions, wellness programs, onsite facilities, etc. (note that specific benefits may differ dependent on the role, country and local legislation).  ​​​Once you've expressed your commitment to join us, we'll start your onboarding and trigger preparations for Day One.

We occupy the 32nd, 33rd, and 34th floors with Organon branding prominently displayed throughout.  Every corner you turn, there are incredible views.  

Public transportation  
The building is located in the Exchange Place near downtown and is easily accessible to reach via public transportation.  You have access to the Hudson-Bergen Light Rail at the Essex Street and Exchange Place stops.  Additionally, there is a shuttle service to Jersey City, provided by the Company.  

On-site parking is available for employees assigned to the Jersey City location.  Employees based in other locations and visitors have access to parking nearby.

Our office is designed in the style of Organon offices around the world, with conference rooms, huddle rooms, collaboration and privacy spaces, and a Kitchen/Pantry area on each floor.  This design makes it easy for our CMC team to collaborate and build relationships. 

Her promise


On June 2, 2022, we celebrated our first anniversary with Her Day and the launch of Her Promise by unveiling a mural at Organon’s headquarters in Jersey City, NJ.

The mural, designed and brought to life by Japanese American artist Risa Tochigi, aka Riiisa Boogie, is a visual representation of our purpose as a company: to help women and girls achieve their promise through better health.  The mural showcases Risa’s unique artistic style, which incorporates vibrant colors and diverse characters, drawing inspiration from her mother’s love for nature, to represent Organon’s belief that healthy women and girls are the backbone of a stable and resilient society.

Public transportation offers a convenient and easy alternative to gridlocked commutes and high gas prices.  Public transportation is available in every county in Pennsylvania, with a wide range of services available including:  Fixed-route transit service in Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, and other areas shared-ride services and intercity bus routes.

Like Jersey City, the Lansdale office is also designed in the style of Organon offices around the world.  There are plenty of conference rooms, huddle rooms, collaboration and privacy spaces, and kitchen/pantry areas.  

When founders at the Lansdale, PA, USA "Church Road" office (our U.S. Market HQ) heard about our plans for an Organon mural project, they knew they wanted to get involved. 

Lansdale, a suburb of Philadelphia, is known for its arts scene, so it felt fitting that the office walls would reflect the city's creative energy, and it was no surprise that the search for a local artist returned several talented candidates.  Our colleagues commissioned Philadelphia-based artist Kristin Scholz, aka "Doom", for the Church Road mural.  Kristin grew up in the suburbs of Philadelphia and works mainly in spray paint, embroidery and stained glass, her pieces characterized by vibrant, geometric patterns and fantastical elements. 

The Church Road mural shows six women, all of differing ages and walks of life, painted in bright colors to represent their individual superpowers.
