What does real progress in women's health look like when it goes beyond words?

At Organon, it means taking action through initiatives that help women access the care they need and deserve. One example is our global Her Health Grants program, which for the past five years has supported governments, NGOs, and community organizations working to break down barriers to healthcare access around the world.

Up to July 2026, the program supported 31 projects across 22 countries, investing more than $2.5 million in initiatives that are driving meaningful change, including:

UNFPA Indonesia: Expanding access to modern contraceptive options for underserved communities.
FP2030 Nigeria: Advocating for sustainable, government-supported funding for family planning services.
Ipas Development Foundation India: Strengthening private-sector access to contraceptive care in Uttar Pradesh.
Arthritis Consumer Experts Canada: Improving access to biosimilars for women living with arthritis.
The Fibroid Foundation (U.S.): Raising awareness of fibroid-related anemia and its impact on cardiovascular health.

Beyond Her Health Grants, Organon partners with organizations such as the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) to support locally driven solutions that advance the health, well-being, and autonomy of women and girls worldwide.

Together, these efforts show that our commitment to women's health is far more than a tagline. Every day, we are helping build a healthier future for women, their families, and their communities.

While there is still work to be done, every grant, partnership, and initiative brings us one step closer to a world where more women can access the care, support, and opportunities they need to thrive.
